Spiced Pear Crisp

A homey fruit dessert for any day of the week
Ingredients:
6 cups pears, peeled, cored & diced
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1.3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cardamon
1tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, cold in chunks
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together pears, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in a
baking dish.
Combine rest of ingredients in a food processor, and pulse
until crumbs form. Top the pears with the mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and brown.
