Sesame Broccoli Stir Fry

A quick side dish to serve with chicken, beef or tofu

 

Ingredients:

1 lb broccoli

1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

1 Tbsp garlic, minced

2 Tbsp sesame oil

2 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp sesame seed

 

Directions:

Cut the broccoli into florets and slice stems.

 

Bring 4 cups of salted water to boil.

 

Add the broccoli and cook 1-2 minutes until tender.

Remove and cool.

 

In a wok or saute pan, heat the sesame oil and saute the

ginger and garlic until golden.

 

Add the broccoli and soy sauce. Stir and cook 2-3

minutes.

 

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
