Blueberry Skillet Cake

Bake up this homey dessert in a cast iron skillet.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup fine cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup honey
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, baking
soda and cornmeal.
In a small bowl, combine honey,
eggs and yogurt.
Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet, swirl to coat the sides
of pan. Add butter to the liquid ingredients.
Combine liquid ingredients to dry and stir until just combined.
Add the blueberries. Pour batter into the skillet.
Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake 50 minutes.
